1. General Provisions & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the fr77 platform and all its users ("Member" or "you"). You may not use this platform without reading and agreeing to these Terms.

All information provided at registration must be true, accurate, and complete. If false information is provided, fr77 reserves the right to close the account and confiscate the balance.

3. Account Management & Security

It is your own responsibility to keep your account secure. fr77 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

Your Responsibilities

• Use a strong and unique password and never share it with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.
• Avoid accessing your account on public or unsecured networks.
• Always log out after logging in to your account, especially on shared devices.

For identity verification purposes, fr77 may request your national identity card or other documents at any time. If the required documents are not provided, the account may be temporarily suspended.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• Deposits via third parties or anonymously are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals are only approved to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

fr77 offers a welcome bonus for new members. However, specific conditions must be met to claim and withdraw this bonus.

Welcome Bonus

• 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,200 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
• Example: deposit ৳26,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳41,000.

Wagering Requirements

• To withdraw the bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing the bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion has its own validity period; unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, fr77 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• Each promotion applies to one account per household, address, or IP address.
• fr77 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All games on the fr77 platform operate in accordance with the principle of fairness. The following rules apply when playing:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Bets that are not completed due to technical errors will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.
• Any erroneous results caused by software errors or server issues will be considered void.
• In sports betting, bets will be settled after the official announcement of the event result.
• fr77 uses software from approved game providers; game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fr77. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited:

• Bonus abuse, artificial betting patterns, or bonus arbitrage activities.
• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using automated software, bots, or other automated methods.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
• Attempting to access fr77's systems or software, hacking, or cyberattacks.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using third-party payment methods.
• Registering an account using a false identity.
• Placing bets on behalf of persons under 21 or assisting them in accessing an account.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• If evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity is found.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• If required for legal or regulatory reasons.

If there is a valid withdrawable balance, the opportunity to withdraw it will be given before the account is closed, unless it has been forfeited due to fraud.

12. Dispute Resolution

• After a complaint is submitted, fr77 will investigate within a reasonable time.
• During the investigation, the relevant account may be temporarily suspended.
